Overview

TouchTest Compression (TTC) is the control and test system for Lansmont compression testers, designed to make standard compression test setup simple while still offering a high level of programmability for building custom test profiles. It brings routine test procedures and demanding condition simulations together in one package, so an operator can call up a common mode in seconds or construct a load-and-deflection profile tailored to a specific product.

TTC covers the full range of compression testing: Constant Deflection Rate, Ramp to Load and Release, Stacking Simulation and Deflection Profile. Stacking Simulation reproduces the way goods are loaded under sustained pressure in a warehouse, while Deflection Profile applies a controlled deformation along a defined path. The controller integrates HPS sequencing to work in step with the machine's hydraulic loading system.

The controller is offered in a bench-top version that includes a desktop computer, display monitor, system interface and all interconnecting cables. It runs on Windows with an intuitive, network-ready interface and is easily upgraded or retrofitted. A TTC controller is included with every new Model 122 and Model 152 order and can be added to any existing Lansmont compression tester, giving owners of older machines a cost-effective route to the latest test modes and software capability.
