SaverXware is the software platform Lansmont provides for its SAVER field instruments. Every SAVER field device ships with SaverXware, which lets users communicate with the recorder hardware: setting it up before recording and analyzing the captured data afterward. The software defines setup details and exports them to the SAVER, checks instrument status, imports (downloads) recorded data, and processes and analyzes the collected results.
For measurement setup, SaverXware provides simple, standard Setup Gateways covering the most common measurement applications, while advanced setup options give complete control over every parameter. For analysis, the software evaluates recorded data in both the time and frequency domains, and can perform summary analysis on individual or multiple events. The Vector Visualizer is a popular feature that helps explain the direction and intensity of recorded dynamic events.
Data from multiple files can be viewed in a common project database, with recorded events presented chronologically in Event Tables. Quick History gives a graphical representation of recorded events, displaying captured data from beginning to end in a single view, while thumbnail images and summarized data for individual events update automatically as the data is viewed or processed differently.
For reporting, SaverXware generates user-defined summary reports and exports the results, and can also export the data itself to ASCII files for further analysis using spreadsheet or other universally available applications. Advanced analysis and reporting tools are available through the SaverXware ETC option. In short, SaverXware is the analysis backend that turns raw SAVER field records into drop height, impact, vehicle motion, vibration and temperature/humidity-cycle information.
