Rechargeable autonomous monitoring with triaxial acceleration plus light and tilt sensors, IP67-rated, tracking critical assets end to end
Manufacturer pageThe SAVER AM is a high-performance data logger from Lansmont, built as an autonomous, rechargeable platform for monitoring the movement of critical assets throughout the supply chain. Goods shipped by truck, rail, air and boat face a range of dynamic hazards such as loading and unloading accidents, rough roads, sharp acceleration, braking and turns, dropped packages and harsh railcar coupling. The SAVER AM exists to answer a simple question: has a critical shipment maintained its integrity in transit?
It uses an internal triaxial accelerometer to capture complete full-acceleration time histories across all three channels, and adds a set of environmental sensors for temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, tilt orientation and light. Together these produce a comprehensive record of the key conditions during transport. A durable, rigid aluminum chassis assures high-fidelity measurements, and the unit is CE-certified with an IP67 rating.
The SAVER AM supports user-programmable trigger thresholds and user-defined pre-trigger recording so the state before an event is preserved. An LED alarm indicator flags shock, temperature/humidity, remaining battery life, atmospheric pressure and tilt-orientation conditions. It can be started by push button, with a delayed start, or instantaneously, and communicates and takes power over USB.
Two memory retention modes are offered: a signal mode that keeps the top 400 dynamic acceleration events (maximum overwrite), and a timer mode holding up to 10,000 static measurements (temperature/humidity/pressure/light/orientation) on a fill-stop basis. Data is fully compatible with SaverXware analysis software. With rechargeable autonomous operation and light/tilt sensing, the SAVER AM suits logistics, consumer-goods and cold-chain asset tracking.
