Overview
The Lansmont Model 10000 is a vertical vibration test system designed for comprehensive testing of unit loads and large crated products. It runs under closed-loop computerized control and supports random vibration, Field-to-Lab simulations, resonance search and dwell, sine sweep, and repetitive bounce tests for accurate, repeatable results.
At 3000 psi the actuator delivers 12,370 lbs (55 kN) of stall force and 8,247 lbs (36.7 kN) of dynamic force, enough to drive heavier palletized loads and large crated goods. Table sizes include 48 in (122 cm), 60 in (152 cm), and 72 in (183 cm) square, plus a 60 x 98 in (152 x 249 cm) rectangular deck, with additional sizes available. Frequency performance covers 1 to 300 Hz.
The system is equipped with Lansmont's TouchTest Vibration Controller, integrating test hardware, operating controls, data analysis, and reporting. The fully integrated design includes a built-in hydraulic power supply that needs only electrical power and no cooling water. Options include One-G supports for increased performance, column stacking and hold-down fixtures, response channels (accelerometers) for instrumented testing, and SAVER field data recorders with Field-to-Lab services.
The Model 10000 suits transport-vibration validation of palletized loads, unitized packaging, and large crated products. Its payload and table range place it between the Model 1800 and the Model 28000, offering a large deck with mid-range force.
