Overview

The Lansmont Model 15000 features the largest-stroke actuator in Lansmont's current vibration product line, with an enormous 10 in (25.4 cm) of piston stroke. That displacement makes it ideally suited to exciting massive payloads at low frequencies, reproducing the transport environment for very heavy products.

The machine develops 15,000 lbs of stall force, enough to drive high-inertia test articles, and can be run out to 100 Hz for large payloads. Capacity is 3,500 lbs (1,588 kg). Tables can be configured in a range of sizes, from 48 in (122 cm) square up to 60 in (152 cm) square; contact Lansmont for configuration and performance details.

The Model 15000 also runs Lansmont's TouchTest Vibration Controls, which fully integrate the test hardware, operating controls, data analysis, and reporting. It performs random vibration, Field-to-Lab simulations and direct downloads from Lansmont's SAVER field data recorders, resonance search and dwell, sine sweep, and repetitive bounce, all under closed-loop computer control.

Every Lansmont servo-hydraulic vibration system includes a single control system for all operational and safety functions, a reliable self-contained hydraulic power supply, initiation and system-level training, a full range of application training programs, and a comprehensive one-year warranty on all components.
