Overview

The Lansmont Model 65000 is the highest-specification vertical hydraulic vibration test system in the range. It is a highly custom platform that can be tailored to virtually any extreme-payload vibration testing application, rather than a fixed product aimed at one class of test item. It is the choice when a specimen's mass and dimensions exceed what standard models cover and a purpose-built table and actuator are required. Each system comprises an application-sized table, a rugged hydraulic actuator, a reliable hydraulic power supply, and the TouchTest Vibration Controller, all manufactured and integrated by Lansmont.

At 3000 psi the actuator delivers 63,270 lbs (283.4 kN) of stall force and 42,480 lbs (189 kN) of dynamic force, the most powerful configuration in the line. Table sizes span 60 x 98 in up to 102 x 160 in (259 x 406 cm) and beyond through custom sizing, carrying and driving very heavy, very large specimens. The standard frequency range is 1–300 Hz. TouchTest integrates hardware, operating controls, data analysis and reporting so the system runs random vibration, Field-to-Lab simulations, resonance search and dwell, sine sweep and repetitive bounce tests under closed-loop computerized control.

The Model 65000 suits extreme-payload applications that ordinary shakers cannot carry, such as large electromechanical equipment, complete machinery, or oversized unitized loads requiring transport-vibration qualification. The self-contained hydraulic power supply needs only electrical power and no cooling water. Options include One-G supports, column stacking and hold-down fixtures for large test items, response channels for instrumented testing, and SAVER field data recorders for a complete field-measurement-to-lab-replication workflow.
